While trying to trim your tummy, try wearing clothing that helps you look thin. That’s a good idea no matter what your weight – certain clothes look great on some people, and not so great on others. That’s important to remember. I often look at people and wonder if they have a mirror at home. You must wear clothes that match your body style, that enhance your look – not clothes that make you look worse. I am so happy to see the trend change from belly shirts to long shirts that cover the waist. Just because something is in style, doesn’t mean you can wear it. If you don’t have the body for it, don’t wear it! Too many young girls (and even women) with tummy fat wear tops that don’t cover their waist, which results in extra tummy being revealed. This is not attractive. These people are candidates for the T.V. show that tells you what not to wear.

If there were a piece of lingerie that has become a fashion essential, it is the camisole or chemise. Really, camisoles can be found everywhere and usually not in the lengerie selection of the store. With the trend towards layering of tops, chemises are very functional in adding detail such as lace peeking below a t-shirt with out adding bulk.
