There are alot of pros to using the famous shea butter! Where does it come from? How can it help you stay healthy? Well I plan on answering most if not all of your question, shea comes from an african tree and,from the seed it produces shea butter. Now traditionally in west Africa this slightly greenish shea butter is extractedfrom it’s fruits called nuts, which is alot like avacado.

It is used in more products today than you may think! Here are just a few examples of what shea butter can be found in later in this article i will add much more. Hair care, lotion, foot creme, eye creme,in many cuisines, and get this chocolate.

There are many resons to why shea butter is good for you! All of these below can improve with using shea butter! Dry skin, skin rash, peeling skin after tannings, blemishes,wrinkles,itchy skin,replace it with shaving creme,small skin wounds,skin crack, rough feet,cold weather,frost bite,stretch marks during pregnancy,insect bites,skin damaged due to heat like grease,skin allergies like poision ivy and poision oak,skin fatigue,aches and pains,eczama,dermititis,and the list really keeps going from there.This ne of the most amazing products on the market it is also know as Africas gold.I can uderstand why toafter all I can’t think of 1 other product that can heal so much like shea butter.

We are lucky enough to have this product in our grasp,if you have never used shea butter this is a must have product. It is a very good idea to get your household using this product! Not only is it edible or used in cosmetics but, there is also a tale about a rebal group in Uganda who beleaves by smearing shea butter over there body it protects agianst bullets. Well i dont think i would put my life on the line with shea butter but however it really is a very heathly product for your skin. After all you wont find a better friend for your skin.
