Customer Rating: Summary: Disappointed with customer service Comment: I received my pendant which was very nice but the chain they sent with it had no clasp. Aside from having to pull it over my head to put it on the chain was discolored and continued to discolor until it looked so bad I could not wear the pendant. Trying to clean it did not help. I alerted the company I purchased it from and they were supposed to send me a gold filled chain with a clasp (that was what I thought the original order should have been). That was almost 2 months ago and I never received the chain. I have tried to contact them again and I do not get a response. I am very disappointed with the customer service.
